  I have been going to A Gentle Touch for a while now, and I cannot stress enough how amazing the electrolysis experience has been with Sohelia. She has been straightforward, clear, helpful, and my hairs have completely disappeared. She even gifted me an aloe plant to help with healing, since I didn’t have one. Myself being a transgender woman, she has been extremely welcoming and kind, and she is extremely knowledgeable about what needs to be done to remove my remaining beard hair. I couldn’t be happier with my choice to use her for her services.

  Been going for electrolysis for several months now and extremely happy with the treatment. Results are great, price is reasonable, location is convenient and has plenty of parking. Was very impressed with how proactive Soheila was in helping me find an appropriate numbing cream, including providing links to specific products. Very trans friendly, too.

  I am extremely dissatisfied with Gentle Touch Electrolysis and would not recommend this business for adults or minors. I was a client myself and also brought my 16-year-old daughter for treatment. The owner was unprofessional, inflexible, and provided poor customer service. When the treatment was ineffective, my daughter was made to feel as though it was her fault, which is completely unacceptable—especially when working with a minor. There was no clear plan of care, no accountability for poor results, and the equipment used does not appear to be state-of-the-art. Rather than adjusting the approach, responsibility was shifted to the client. I would walk around with a full beard before I ever give this woman another penny of my money.

  I’ve been going to Soheila for a while now, and she’s absolutely amazing! She did my permanent makeup — both eyeliner and eyebrows — and I couldn’t be happier with the results. They look so natural and have really enhanced my appearance. I also see her regularly for facials, and my skin has never looked better — it’s more vibrant and healthy. On top of that, she’s so kind and always shares helpful skincare tips. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for great results and a wonderful experience!

  Sohelia gave me the BEST facial I have ever received in my decade of getting them. My face felt replenished and soft afterward and for days after. I have been going to her for electrolysis for 2 years and she is very skilled all in all.
