I got late to the appointment therefore lost my spot which is totally understandable but later when I was asked my name the person on the front desk just waved me off and moved to the next customer. I will give them the benefit of the doubt that they must be busy but to wave a waiting customer off was incredibly rude. I later asked if they can take me as a walk in customer but was told that there are no appointments and no person who can deliver the service I was looking for. But I could clearly see another appointment on the website for the required service. I felt like they just wanted to get rid of me.

I highly recommend and appreciate her help.
