I scheduled an appointment for 6pm tonight with the first available stylist and sat around for 35 minutes before deciding to leave. Four employees stood around talking (one on their cell phone about a a foot away from me) while a fifth actually cut hair. The place isn’t that bad but my experiences and haircuts from here are always mediocre so I would not recommend this salon.

If you have standards and expect high quality and skilled hairdressers that are able to wash and style ALL TYPES of hair, please avoid this place. Just do your research and find skilled and experienced hairdressers, not people who refuse to take the necessary training to be a top level hairdresser for all. It's 2025. I thought Hair Cuttery was a place for all hair types. My hair was scoffed at by one of the "hairdressers," whose hair was in terrible condition, bleached and stringy. There is one young girl that was promising and was able to learn fast. I hope she one day surpasses her amateur coworkers.
