  Gabby was wonderful..I will be back as a repeat customer with her..she’s very professional and gets my cut right everytime the other employees never get it right like she does

  I got an amazing haircut here today from Jordan!! She was really quick even though I have (had) a lot of hair to cut. She gave me a cute pixie cut from a bob and gave me styling/product tips. definitely coming back here!!!

  Giving this place 4 stars. I’ve taken my son here for a couple years now. The ladies that I have personally experienced have all been so nice and so beyond patient, as my son has not been easy to do a haircut on, due to his severe fear of it. Over the past couple of years, all the ladies who have had him in their chair have been so understanding and patient with him. The last two times I’ve taken him, he sat for not only the clippers portion, but the scissors also! He was so proud of himself afterward too! Mrs. Lilly is most definitely my favorite as he is so familiar with her, however every single lady that has cut his hair will talk him through the process and let him see the tools and touch them or ask him if he needs a break if he seems uncomfortable. I’m so grateful for the ladies who’ve helped us get him to overcome his fear. My reason for the 4 stars and not putting 5 however, is due to a particular stylist who was there on April 1st around 11ish am. She was cutting another little boys hair. The guardian he was with was trying to make sure too much wasn’t getting taken off the top and expressed that, and she responded so rude to her. This stylist’s attitude and demeanor was extremely combative that not only did the lady and I notice it, but my daughters as well. If you don’t like what you do, then find something else, it’s that simple. I spoke with the guardian afterward, because I didn’t want her to think every stylist in this salon was like the one she dealt with. And even she told me, her child is too timid to speak up when he doesn’t like his hair… so just imagine already being timid, sitting in someone’s chair and their attitude being hateful already… I hope the boy liked his haircut despite the situation. But as for the stylist… whoever runs that salon, may need to look into customer service training, because the way she acted with the lady and her kid was not it.

  While everyone here is great for the most part, I especially like coming to see Gaby. I always leave with a great haircut, and she’s very nice and accommodating. Highly recommend!

  This is a frustrating and puzzling location with a unique business model. I've been several times and been assisted by several different employees/stylists. There's one that does a truly phenomenal job Understandably, I'd like to ensure I see her when I visit. However, she doesn't have a set schedule. No problem, I'll just call ahead of time and see if she's working ... But I can't because this location doesn't have a working phone line. Instead, it's an automated AI call center. When I asked I was told "we don't offer a phone number because we don't do by-name requests ... because all of our stylists provide the same service." This is simply not true. While everyone there is friendly, they are not equally talented even for a basic men's haircut. Specifically, on more than one occasion I've had to use clippers at home to fix what they missed. To further frustrate their customers, not all of the employees have the same equipment. Not all have "balders", which I need. My preferred stylist there has them ... but I can't schedule an appointment with her because management believes "they all provide the same service." Truly puzzling. If they would fix these issues, they would have a loyal customer. Until then, I'll be looking for another location.
