  Jordan helped me donate my hair to Wigs for Kids. We cut over 12". I have always come to her for trims and she gave me a fabulous cut today.

  Not a pleasant experience from start to finish. I started out by calling them at 9:000 AM in the morning because I had a question about the senior discount. The phone would just ring and ring and no one would answer. I continued to call until 9:30 and just decided to go there. When I arrived, there was were no customers in the store just 2 hairstylist sitting down. I asked about the phone not being answered and they indicated that they were well aware of the issue and the phone rings to another location, but the other location never answers the phone. They say there’s nothing they can do about it. It’s just the way it is. I thought to myself strange, but no big deal. I’ll just get my haircut. The person who cut my hair had extremely bad body odor. This was before 10:00 AM in the morning making it unpleasant to breathe. I could understand at the end of a shift, but smelling that bad first thing in the morning was very unexpected. She also had a very “I don’t want to be here” demeanor. She also had a hard time following directions and seemed bothered anytime I said I wanted something cut shorter. My sideburns were cut to 2 different lengths and my hair was not cut even. Worst haircut I have had in a long time. Luckily there are plenty of other places in Prince Frederick where I can get my haircut and hopefully they will provide a better level of customer service. Update: despite their corporate office sending an email and acting concerned and their promise that the owner would reach out to me to discuss, nothing has happened. This only shows how little the store management cares about its customers. I would avoid this location as if anything negative happens, you will have no recourse.

  I just needed a quick bang trim. The young woman that did my trim was very new and was coached the whole time by another stylist. The experienced stylist was so kind and reassuring to her. It made for a very pleasant visit. Teamwork at its finest - and my bangs are cute!

  Haircut was great! Customer service from another woman in the office - terrible. She refused to give me the first responder discount because it was my minor son getting the haircut and not me. Lol she acted as if the $2 was coming out of her paycheck. Won’t return. I’ll keep my $2 business in the lusby location.
