  Not a pleasant experience from start to finish. I started out by calling them at 9:000 AM in the morning because I had a question about the senior discount. The phone would just ring and ring and no one would answer. I continued to call until 9:30 and just decided to go there. When I arrived, there was were no customers in the store just 2 hairstylist sitting down. I asked about the phone not being answered and they indicated that they were well aware of the issue and the phone rings to another location, but the other location never answers the phone. They say there’s nothing they can do about it. It’s just the way it is. I thought to myself strange, but no big deal. I’ll just get my haircut. The person who cut my hair had extremely bad body odor. This was before 10:00 AM in the morning making it unpleasant to breathe. I could understand at the end of a shift, but smelling that bad first thing in the morning was very unexpected. She also had a very “I don’t want to be here” demeanor. She also had a hard time following directions and seemed bothered anytime I said I wanted something cut shorter. My sideburns were cut to 2 different lengths and my hair was not cut even. Worst haircut I have had in a long time. Luckily there are plenty of other places in Prince Frederick where I can get my haircut and hopefully they will provide a better level of customer service. Update: despite their corporate office sending an email and acting concerned and their promise that the owner would reach out to me to discuss, nothing has happened. This only shows how little the store management cares about its customers. I would avoid this location as if anything negative happens, you will have no recourse.

  I would rather give no stars but I have to pick a star so ONE it is. Website is wrong. Website says they close at 9. They close at 6 apparently per the paper taped on the door. Being that the website says they close at 9 and it was allowing check ins, we checked in at 5:30 and show up at 5:50 and were told to go to Lusby because they close at 6. I’m not sure how that is good for business. One would think they’d make it work since we were able to check in based on the location being open until 6 and we walked in 10 mins till. I called and asked to speak to manager to discuss the situation and manager was not in and was told the website is glitchy and that they were sorry. This isn’t my first issue with this location but figured we’d give it another try and sadly disappointed yet again. Our next stop was sports clips and low and behold their website said no more check ins at this time and will unable to be seen as a walk in!! Had they’ve been able to see us, you just lost business! Not coming back again!
