Got sat in the chair and was told I would have to get out of the chair, get back in line and wait for the next stylist because I needed it washed and she couldn’t do it.That’s fine. Well the next stylist was available at that exact time. The lady who was SUPPOSED to cut my hair fails to let her know she won’t be doing my hair now, and allows her to take another customer. Goes to the kiosk and puts me back in line. Now I’m third in line when I should have been being taken care of because I was first. I walked out. What’s the point in having a waitlist of you don’t honor it?

I asked for my layers to be cut even and my hair to have the dead ends cut, and there are parts that are uneven, and nothing is blended. I genuinely wanted to feel better physically and emotionally and I feel as if the lady who did my hair, rushed or didn't know what she was doing.. I didn't notice until I got home, which that is my fault on its own, but I am very dissatisfied with my purchase.
