She educated me about the process and every step of the way she paid attention to details. I am very pleased about how my hair turned out. I highly recommend Hair Cuttery and Claudia.

The manager at this salon, Chania, is an expert in Black hair care as well as hair care for all textures and ethnicities. Chania has been my stylist and friend for over 3 years and my hair is 4c and natural. Chani provides a fun, professional, soulful, restorative, and classy salon experience for anyone in her chair. Plus she is one of the nicest, thoughtful, and most compassionate people I know. I highly recommend Chania and her salon to anyone with hair! If you can't get an appointment with Chania, ask her for a recommendation. I'm sure every stylist there is good because it's Chania's salon. 😊
- KBKathleen BarbourMar 26, 20261.0I booked a signature cut with classic blowout but only received a cut with my hair spritzed with a spray bottle with no wash. I don’t like confrontation so I didn’t complain, but then she charged me for the whole service I had booked anyway. When I saw that on the receipt, I finally did say something and they refunded me $18, which means I still paid $31 (plus tip) for no wash, no shampoo, no conditioner, and no blowout. Just the ends of my hair cut. Incredibly disappointing to walk out with limp hair when I had booked a shampoo, cut, and blowout.
