- SRSophia RoseOct 28, 20252.0At Sephora mill station, the purpose of BOPIS is totally defeated. Only a manager can retrieve BOPIS orders. I waited over 20 minutes for the manager after the associate called her. In the time I waited I easily could have shopped for my items and checked out myself. Sephora, people use BOPIS when there is an urgency. If you insist on making customers wait for a manager to make her way out of the office (while there are several available associates on the floor) then you need to make BOPIS the manager’s top priority. Please train your managers asap! Why should a customer ever be waiting in an aisle for 20+ minutes for what is supposed to be a FASTER way of shopping?
