My first appointment with Chania was great, but all the other appointments I scheduled after that were not. I schedule my appointments and make sure to come early, yet they still have you wait 15–20 minutes after your scheduled time. For my second appointment, I scheduled with Candice, and I literally sat there for 35 minutes waiting, so I just left. I decided to give them one more shot and scheduled an appointment with Wanda, but I still waited 16 minutes. That’s ridiculous. I don’t usually leave bad reviews, but enough is enough. There’s no point in scheduling an appointment if you won’t be seen at your scheduled time. I’m never coming to this location ever again
