To be fair I was asked what style I wanted and I did not specify (I normally just ask for a haircut). When the employee asked me if it was ok I asked her if she could cut a bit more (I was honestly in disbelief) but she replied quite rudely that she could not take one hour per customer because she had bookings (mine also was booked). 9 AM on a Sunday, and the place was empty. The whole thing took 15 mins max, normal man haircut. Of course I just paid and got out, not coming back.

- PSPriya ShahDec 25, 20252.0we have been coming to this location for years now, recently i asked for a haircut and layers, i had long hair and wasn’t expecting much cut off because i only asked for my ends to be cut off, i left with a bob. not even both sides were the same length. i was so upset at my haircut, and i STILL had to pay $40 for it. after complaining, i came back the next day to get the damage done fixed, and still wasn’t pleased. i was glad someone was still there to fix it, but after that i decided i need a new salon. recently, i went with my mom for her service, we arrived 10 minutes early and there was nobody in the salon but us, we had to wait 30 minutes for anyone to give us service. on top of that, my mom complained that as someone was washing her hair she felt her hair getting ripped out from the pressure and was uncomfortable, as she was getting her hair cut, my mom asked for a couple inches extra off, and for the stylist to do it she complained and let out a sigh as if it would be inconvenient for her to do it. she said i have to go back and do that again, almost groaning, if we are coming to get a hair cut and paying for a service. the least u can do is take us on time, and also listen to the type of style we are requesting without throwing a fit.
