Everything costs to breakdown each cost to get to the color i like, unlike other place, they charge one price if I wanted certain color. No matter how experienced the stylist is Sun, your price is way expensive $408 first time, second $308, $408 for a thin hair short by a shoulder. I didn’t think you take time for that price, I felt always a rush to take other customers between. This is a volume not quality service. When I called to cancel next appointment, I was told oh you lose the reward, $10. Am I care about $10 where I spent that much. I feel bad for her cancer but still the price is expensive just a regular service provided. Environment in there should keep professional, pay attention to the clients not what i observed gossiping and talking. I never been to hair cuttery before so I don’t know this is the service and the environment. I have my regular places I went just because closer to my home 15 minutes. The gentleman there I observed Asian i never had with him, but he focused on his customers, take time, so much detailed unlike other women there gossiping, talking and passing by about work issues and not paying attention and take time. When you pay $408, you want to be treated profession and quality or no matter what prices, work should be like the gentleman there. I gave a recognition for him, very professional, caring and taking time to each customer and confirming if what they like. Sun has a strong personality of what she think is good not for the customer, when I shared too strong personal defensive.
