While visiting my son in Olney, Maryland, I decided on a whim to get a haircut at Bubbles. After a brief consultation with the stylist—whose name management later refused to provide—I chose to get a trim. I clearly asked for one inch off. Instead, the stylist immediately started at the front and chopped off more than two inches without verifying the length or discussing it with me. When I asked her to stop, it was already too late. The result was an uneven, poorly executed cut that was much shorter than what I requested—especially in the front. The next day, I returned to the salon and showed the manager the damage. Rather than taking accountability, she made excuses for the stylist and told me there was nothing wrong with my hair—which was completely unacceptable. She also refused to give me the stylist's name or the contact information for headquarters. Her response was, "If you want it, you can look it up yourself." Unbelievable. As a professional in this field for over three decades, I can confidently say this experience was completely unprofessional on every level—from the stylist’s technique to the manager’s dismissive attitude. I would not recommend this salon to anyone who values quality service and accountability.

My scalp is red, my hair is not straight or curly after she spent 1.5 hours just blow drying. My head hurts so bad. My hair looks like bad morning hair not blow dried for gods sake.
