I asked for a layered bob, and for no blow dry or product as I don't use them normally and wanted to see what my hair looked like on its own. Absolutely none of my requests were met. She used what felt like an entire bottle of product, making my hair stiff as a board. Then blow dried it, but you couldn't even tell because the product made my hair appear wet anyway. I got home and immediately washed my hair. Once it dried I realized that not only was it not layered at all, but she left a portion of my hair about two inches longer (she must have missed it?). I'm so disappointed, as this was my first cut in over two years. I came here hoping for a great experience, but I realize I should have gone to Great Clips. The only reason I didn't put one star was because my daughter got a trim and it went fine. This whole experience was not worth $144.
