I waited a long time for this much-needed massage and was really looking forward to it to help with stress, only to rearrange my entire day and then be called just a few hours beforehand and told it was canceled and I needed to reschedule. I understand that things happen, but having a strict 24-hour cancellation policy for clients—where you charge, while canceling on your end last minute with no accountability is completely unacceptable. There was no effort to make this right no priority rescheduling, no accommodation, and no attempt to offer any kind of compensation for the inconvenience.

However, when I arrived, the salon said they didn’t have enough time and suggested I do a single-color dye instead. This makes no sense, since highlights usually take more time—so why accept my appointment in the first place? I even took a full day off just to get my hair done, but in the end, I wasn’t able to receive the service as scheduled. This is very unprofessional and shows a lack of respect for the customer’s time. Very disappointed. I will not be coming back and would not recommend this salon to others.
