  I haven't been able to find someone to cut my hair the way I like it. It's been about 2 years since my last haircut, the previous stylist cut my layers way to short. Cheri was great, she looked at some pictures of what I was looking for, she said sure we can do that. She even said "are you sure"before she made the first cut, I was sure. Cheri cut my hair the way I like it! I told her, she's stuck with me now. I will be back to see her again.

  I had a very disappointing experience with the stylist—not the place itself. This was the second time I brought my son in for a haircut, but this visit was even worse than the first. Unfortunately, the stylist cut his ears during the haircut, which is completely unacceptable. Because of this, I will not be bringing my son back again. This was our last visit.

  Amazing experience with Amy at the Hair Cuttery in White Marsh, MD! Booked Amy 2 hours in advance, and upon walking in, was greeted with a warm smile within 60 seconds. All throughout, Amy was a pleasure to talk with and I really enjoyed getting to know her. Aside from my amazing experience with her, she gave a great haircut, listening carefully to what I wanted and balancing my needs to professionally shape my haircut. I’d definitely go back again with Amy and will plan to have her as my local stylist from here on out.

  My sister went here. She payed 40 for a trim & hair washing services and a extra 10 dollar tip, they make you pay up front before the haircut and the lady who did my sister’s hair washed it for 30 seconds (not exaggerating) and finished the other things up in TWO minutes and they usually take up to 20-30 minutes as she has went here MULTIPLE TIMES. After ruining my sister’s hair, the hairdresser DEMANDED a tip while my sister was crying. Please do not go here the service is terrible.

  I had a 30-minute appointment booked for a signature haircut, and unfortunately the entire experience was very disappointing. When I arrived, I was told they were running a little late and asked if I’d be okay switching to another stylist. I agreed, but the stylist I was directed to was still working on another client, so I waited. After finishing, instead of taking me (even though I had been waiting), she brought another client to her chair. Meanwhile, the stylist I originally booked with was busy doing highlights and even stepped away to the back for about 30 minutes. When I finally spoke up and explained that I had been waiting and was told to go to the other stylist, I was told she “didn’t know” I was waiting—without any apology or acknowledgment. The lack of communication, organization, and professionalism was very frustrating. I felt completely overlooked as a customer when I finally got in the chair the process felt rushed would not recommend them.
