I want to focus on the good of the visit. My first stylist ran behind then Cheri Johnson then took over and changed the whole experience for me, she washed out my color, did my trim, dried my hair and styled it for my family christmas pictures. She was very nice and super helpful. The conversation was great, she was amazing as what she did and I left feeling amazing! Cheri I appreciate all your help! I normally book with the first available because my schedule is tough to work around but after Saturday I will no longer do that, I will book with Cheri directly.

The straightening wasn’t what we expected — her hair was frizzy and no anti-frizz oil was applied after the straightening. The ends were also cut unevenly. I also bought products at the salon’s store and asked for an oil to use after straightening, but they gave me one for curly hair even though I explained it was for after straightening. The stylist was kind but mentioned she needed more time to do the job properly and said we should have come two hours earlier, even though the receptionist was the one who gave us the 6 PM appointment. My daughter felt very sad when we left because she expected her hair to look straight and nice, and we had to straighten it again at home. For the price paid, I really expected a more professional service and better organization.
