- CRChristina R.2 days ago5.0I love this spa! I just visited the North Bethesda Woodhouse Spa for the 3rd time for a couple's deep tissue massage. All 3 times have been with female friends. The massage therapist named Daniel is a miracle worker! He was able to do serious deep tissue and targeted areas that needed it. He is also kind, welcoming, professional, and just overall fantastic! I highly recommend him for any massage, especially deep tissue. The spa itself is total luxury without the high luxury price tag. Massages in this area are very, very expensive. $180 for a fantastic deep tissue massage was better priced than other nearby spas. For a regular massage, it is $160 at this time. When I say total luxury, I mean: The staff are utmost professionals and treat you like VIPs no matter what service(s) you're getting. You get an incredible robe, slippers, and locker.. Then, you go into the most relaxing 'quiet room' room ever, which is specifically for lounging! There is hot tea, water, chocolate, and trail mix. There's a fireplace, reading materials, blankets, and comfy overstuffed chairs and chaise lounges. You can come early to hang out there, and they come and get you when it's your appt time. You return to the room afterwards and can stay and enjoy the space. That part is almost the entire reason I go to Woodhouse Spa! There's an easy parking garage attached to the spa and the first 2 hours are free. It's $7-10 after that. Highly recommend and can't wait to go back!

Actually the whole experience was amazing from entering the spa, to the comfy robe and slippers, to the yummy chocolates and tea in the calm and relaxing waiting room--it truly wsas an experience. I highly recommend if you want to pamper yourself.
- NGnaomi gelfandFeb 25, 20261.0Wow has this place gone downhill it gets more expensive but the furniture is falling apart in the quiet room. the supplies for my pedicure are also decreasing in quality and the chair didn't lock into place. for 100$ for a pedicure I shouldn't have a chair that keeps moving. I sent an email expressing my concerns but never heard back . I have been going since it opened, bought packages, was even at the opening party but now will not go back until I hear things change.

Spa Reservations
To ensure your preferred appointment time, it is recommended you schedule your spa experience with as much advance notice as possible or at the conclusion of your last experience. Our professional staff allocates time especially for each guest, therefore, a credit card is requested to guarantee these reservations. All spa experiences are subject to availability. Menu service and prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone. Credit cards are required to reserve all appointments, including those using gift cards. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express.
Spa Arrivals
To begin your spa journey in a relaxed state, we ask that you arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time. For a new guest, please allow 30 minutes to accommodate completion of your guest profile. Spa robes, slippers, private lockers and beverages are provided for your comfort. Delayed arrival will limit the time for your experience, reducing the effectiveness of your treatment and the expectations of your visit. In consideration of other spa guests, service time will not be extended for delayed arrivals, and the full price of your service will be charged. Please notify our staff if there are any special physical or medical needs or conditions they need to consider prior to your services (i.e. pregnancy, food or product sensitivities or aggressive medications). We recommend that valuable items be left at home. Woodhouse is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
Spa Cancellations or Rescheduling
Should the need arise to cancel or reschedule reservations, a 24-hour advance notice is required. A 48-hour advance notice is required for any spa packages and multiple treatments lasting more than 2 hours. Insufficient notice to cancel or reschedule reservations are subject to charges up to full service value. All no show reservations will be assessed a charge at full value of services. Spa Parties are subject to terms of agreement for cancellations.
Age Requirements
We accept guests of all ages, however guests under the age of 17 are required to have a parent or guardian present during facials, waxing, body treatments ad massage. Other services may require parental release before the services can be rendered. So that all guests may experience a pleasant and peaceful environment, we ask that only those receiving services accompany you to the spa.
Spa Payments, Gratuity, and Gift Cards
Payments are accepted in the form of Cash, most Major Credit Cards and Woodhouse Spa Gift Cards. Woodhouse gift cards are non-refundable and may not be redeemed for cash. Woodhouse gift cards cannot be used to purchase other gift cards. The card must be presented at time of purchase and the available balance will be applied to the transaction. Prices vary by spa and are subject to change without notice. Spa locations are individually owned franchises solely responsible for any and all gift card liabilities at their respective locations. Redemption of this card is subject to certain restrictions and expirations set by each spa location or state regulation. Should this card be redeemed at another location, the card will be redeemed at face value. Any unused balance will remain on the card. This card is not transferable and Woodhouse is not responsible for any lost, stolen, damaged or unauthorized use of the card. No express or implied warranties apply. Series of services are not refundable, but can be converted to spa credit. There will be a $50.00 fee each time a check is returned as well as any incurred charges for collection of payment owed. Gratuities are not included in the value of the services and are at the discretion of the guest.
Spa Products and Returns
In the event you are not satisfied with a skin or body care product, you will be given spa credit if the product is returned within 30 days of purchase. For other retail items, a refund will be issued as spa credit or back in the form of which payment was received within 30 days of purchase.
Location and Parking
We are located right behind the Seasons 52 restaurant on Rockville Pike. The best place to park is our garage located on Marketplace Lane - you will automatically receive the first 2 hours free.
Pregnancy and Massage
Congratulations on your pregnancy! Massages are performed after the first trimester. Please schedule your massage for after your 12th week.
HydraFacial
We cannot perform HydraFacial on any guests with the following:
-Pregnant or breastfeeding
-Have had Botox/filler within 2 weeks
-Used Accutane in the last year
We ask that you discontinue any retinol products 3-5 days prior to your appointment.
