I vowed that I wouldn’t come back but today I had to pick up something and decided to come back because of close proximity. I can tell this establishment is under new management! I had a great experience with Therese. She was nice and welcoming and I ended up leaving with a basket full of things instead of the one lip liner I initially came to buy. Sarjo rung me up and was so kind to me. Keep up the good work Sephora pike and rose! P.S whoever hired these ladies did a wonderful job!

There was a line forming, I was first in line and got cut off 3 times by 2 white women and a guy all because a sale associate was helping them. Just because they’re being helped doesn’t mean it’s okay to prioritize them before someone who was waiting in line. You guys could’ve told them to wait in line and check out someone who was in line and you’ll help them after. Not to mention another girl had to come help because a line was forming. Just to take the couple behind me who mind you I came before them a white couple. I was still standing there first in line mind you. After she checked them out the couple behind me, she saw me still standing in line and was looking everywhere just to waste time and then finally decided to take me. Masha you know what you did was wrong and that felt heavily racially motivated considering your co workers are also POC. You guys need to do training over again, in what world does it make sense to take someone behind the line and not someone waiting in the front of the line?

She answered all of my questions, gave me some pointers on skin care, gave GREAT suggestions on lipstick (I told her that lipsticke scares me, and she picked LOVELY neutral colors that still had a bit of pop! They look great! She was just all-around great - super patient and incredibly helpful. Truly appreciate her assistance.
