I found the Progressions website confusing to use in part because there were too many questions to answer but when I called, Gabby graciously took care of scheduling my appointment and recommended Iris. Iris was attentive and did a wonderful job with my color and cut. I was really impressed as my hair is difficult to cut because I have a cowlick and it is wavy and basically sticks out if not cut well. The color was just what I wanted. Maria was wonderful for my shampoo and additional pampering services at the shampoo station. I was surprised with how complicated the full salon experience has become with a questionnaire about my hair, and hair care process, and "color journey" but that seems to be the norm now. If you want what I would call a "gourmet" salon experience this is your place. You get pampered for sure! I just wanted a good color job that looked close to my natural color with no reddish tint and a short haircut that framed my face and laid nicely and Iris succeeded beyond my expectations. Next time I will add highlights.

She listened to what I wanted, gave helpful suggestions, and the results were perfect. My nails honestly haven’t looked this good in a long time. The whole experience was calm, clean, and really enjoyable. You can tell she truly cares about her clients. Highly recommend!

Angela is the queen of eyebrow shaping; over the years, I’ve built a wonderful rapport with her through facials and consultations — she’s knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely kind. Nam, my nail tech is hilarious, fun, and full of great stories — I always learn something new and enjoy our visits. I leave with beautiful hair, brows, or nails feeling cared for and confident. They are exceptional, and together they make every visit to Progressions a joyful, personal experience.
