- MOMona OrlandoJan 18, 20231.0I went to this salon for years consistently and had my hair cut by one of the owners, Valerie. One day I got stuck at work and had to cancel. I was told that I’d have to pay the full amount. I was shocked and upset. I asked to speak with Valerie but the woman on the phone said that she just spoke to her and that is what she said. I think that a longtime customer should get a one time warning for missing an appt for reasons out of their control. Instead they lost a customer for good. It’s not good business. Will NEVER go there again or recommend them to anyone.
