  The last two times I went, the service was terrible. The manager was annoyed because the assistant called her to open the compartment where the fragrances are kept. Very bad attitude. Yesterday I went again and they told me the bills were counterfeit. I went to the bank and everything is in order. It's sad and terrible customer service.

  Wish I could give zero stars. No one helped. They just looked lost and bored. When I asked for help, they literally had no clue what they were doing. Handed me something way too dark for my skin and then said that’s all they can do. A lot of their products were misplaced, not available. Their products had separation- which shows me their stuff sits around for a long time. Don’t bother. A complete waste. And they wouldn’t process my return- even with a receipt bc they said they’re not a regular Sephora and can’t take returns from other Sephoras. They had not one good thing going on in that store. Not one.

  I was greeted immediately, by a beautiful young woman,who was manning the store all by herself on a Sunday afternoon!! I was very impressed With her multitasking skills! I’m sure, I tested her patience a bit because, I was sticker shocked by how much the products cost these days, but I can say, I purchased the Sunday Riley, vitamin C cream and it was well worth the investment!!!Sephora, You need to bring back the samples that you give customers, so they can stay up on the latest products!!
