  The last two times I went, the service was terrible. The manager was annoyed because the assistant called her to open the compartment where the fragrances are kept. Very bad attitude. Yesterday I went again and they told me the bills were counterfeit. I went to the bank and everything is in order. It's sad and terrible customer service.

  Wish I could give zero stars. No one helped. They just looked lost and bored. When I asked for help, they literally had no clue what they were doing. Handed me something way too dark for my skin and then said that’s all they can do. A lot of their products were misplaced, not available. Their products had separation- which shows me their stuff sits around for a long time. Don’t bother. A complete waste. And they wouldn’t process my return- even with a receipt bc they said they’re not a regular Sephora and can’t take returns from other Sephoras. They had not one good thing going on in that store. Not one.

  The workers on tonight were terrible, not friendly or nice. You will get more personality from the products than the workers. Id drive out of my way to avoid this store in the future. Hate your job, quit do all your customers a favor.
