  The haircut I received from Caroline was transformative, and the best I've ever had. They took the time to understand exactly what I wanted (it was very specific) and executed it better than imagined it. The conversation was extremely engaging, and they never seem distracted, the service was quick and detail oriented. Highly recommend!

  My visit today at vivid hair salon was awesome. Very friendly courteous service. My hair stylist Rachel was amazing! She did an amazing job with my hair.., what am improvement....I looked like a different person. She was very accommodating and did my hair exactly the way I wanted it. I'm totally satisfied! I'd give her 10 stars if I could! I'm so happy! 😊 Thank you Rachel, I'll see you soon.

  Anna was absolutely amazing! This was my first appointment with her as well as my first time meeting her. She listened to me and did a very thorough consult. I felt comfortable the whole time and had some super amazing conversations. Most definitely will recommend to others and will definitely rebook!

  Jessica is the bestttt hairdresser I’ve ever been to. Super nice, great listener and gives me exactly what I want!! I have curly hair and I always want and need alot of layers!! Most hairdressers are too scared to do it correctly, but she has cut my hair from long to short in the past 4 years, and accomplishes it every time!!

  I had an appointment today with Allie, and I was a bit concerned because of my serious neck issues. She was amazing, constantly checking to make sure I was comfortable and that my neck was okay. Even the sink had a pillow, which made a big difference in keeping me comfortable during the wash. I got a haircut and blonde color, and I’m very satisfied with the results. She did an incredible job, I truly appreciate her work, care, and attention. Highly recommend!
