- EKErin Knadler2 days ago5.0TL;Dr - 10/10 would recommend Tori @ and Vivid salon for an amazing hair and salon experience I have been coming to Vivid salon for a couple of years now and have never had a bad experience; I'm always greeted like an old friend and always offered a water/coffee something to drink. Tori is my go-to stylist and not only is she super pleasant to chat with, she is super professional and knowledgeable- she has done everything under the sun with my hair; literally I don't think there is anything she cannot do. I came in initially for a color correction from a previous salon that I was pretty unhappy with and I'm so glad I found Vivid and met Tori. Since then we have done everything from putting in color hair extensions, dark permanent hair color, then to beachy blonde (like surprisingly blonde from a dark dyed brown prev.), fashion hair colors (purple, aquamarine, blue), an incredible purple and brown balayage, and different hair styles like adding bangs (then letting bangs grow back out lol), layers, waves and more. She's also always willing to take the time to discuss different techniques for me and show me how to use different products that work with my hair type for simple/low key styling that I prefer.

This was my first time here, and my stylist was Bonnie. She was lovely, friendly and attentive. I had to transition out of having chemo curls, back to straight hair, and I was quite worried about how it would turn out. Bonnie listened to my needs, suggested some options based on that information, and her confidence and kindness in her manner put me greatly at ease. The cut itself is exactly what was discussed, and I couldn’t be happier with it! I am very glad to have found this salon, and I will definitely go back there again.

I did my hair a few months ago with Gavin, I actually liked the results, my niece also had an appointment with him for a peekaboo which he did not feel comfortable doing so that was advised to her mom, her mom looked for other specialist opinion which I do not think is bad at all.. this for some reason is known as a bad situation and experience by Gavin.. on Monday I booked a new appointment with Gavin for me and my sister just to get a treatment and style, today I get a message from Gavin saying he will not be able to do our hair because of this past “situation” and he does not feel comfortable doing our hair tomorrow and that he could move our appointment to another stylist. I do not think this is professional at all, this situation he is talking about wasn’t even with me why would he change my appointment as well? I canceled my appointment and will not be going back to this place.
