  Jessica is my stylist and I love her! Very professional, friendly & funny. I enjoy seeing her every visit. She talks me through my haircut, asking questions before cutting.

  My stylist is great. I receive compliments while I am in the shop from the other stylists and the customers. I would not change stylists for anything she is wonderful 🥰☺️

  Thank you MaddIe at the Laurel Town Center Mall, in Laurel MD. HAIR CUTTERY, I was going to , I thought, "BETTER EXPENSIVE SALONS", HOWEVER WAS TREATED WITH A, "SNUB" NOSED ATTITUDES SOMEPLACES, THEN TRIED LITTLE PLACES HAVING, THE OWNERS CUT AND STYLE, TO NO PRAVAIL, I COULD FIND ANYONE ANYWHERE TO GET CLOSE TO WHAT I WANTED... SO I GO BACK TO HAIR CUTTERY IN LAUREL AND I SERIOUSLY SAID , DO YOU HAVE AN EXPERIENCED PERSON WHO CAN DO COLOR, FOILS AND REAL PERCISE CUTS, ONE OF THE LADY'S SAID YES, MADDY! MADDY CAME FROM THE BACK AND WE SPOKE, SHE REPLIED, SURE, I CAN DO IT! I LITERALLY CRIED, I LET MY HAIR GROW FOR SO LONG, WAS BLEACHING MY OWN HAIR ETC. FOR MANY YEARS, LIKE 20 PLUS YEARS BECAUSE I HAD MY HAIR LITERALLY SMOKING BLOW DRYING IT BECAUSE OF WHO I WAS GOING TO PRIORTO ME DESIDING TO START DOING MY OWN. I'M ALSO A RETIRED COSMOTOLOGIST, SO MAYBE YOU CAN UNDERSTAND HOW SCARED I WAS TO HAVE MY HAIR RUINED AGAIN. MY HAIR THE DAY MADDY DID IT OVER 2 3 YEARS AGO NOW, I GOT MY HAIR CUT FROM THE BOTTOM OF MY BACK INTO AN ELIVATED STACKED SHORT BOB WITH FOIL HIGHLIGHTS. ALL I COULD DO IS CRY AND HUG HER WITH PURE JOY OF GRATITUDE. I WAS SO HAPPY THAT YES! THE HAIR CUTTERY WAS THE BEST CHOICE AND THE PRICE , I DON'T WANT TO HAVE THEM RAISE THE PRICE BECAUSE THAT WAS ANOTHER REASON I CRIED TOO, BECAUSE I PAID " BIG" MONEY IN BOWIE, GIT SNUBBED AND VERY MADE AT A PLACE, I WILL NEVER IN LIFE , IF COURSE ESPECIALLY NOW I'VE FOUND MADDIE, anyway, I cried because my hair was absolutely stunning. Being in my 50's, I couldn't believe I looked years younger, felt amazing and I feel on top of the world when I walk out. She is a sweet heart, I love the other lady's there too, it's just when you find , your person, you stay with them. Plus the price is very fair, I just am so happy that I did leave a long text about it because, if you are looking high and low, treated like I've been treated paying big money and NOT SATISFIED AND WALKING OUT CRYING LITERALLY IN MY CAR BECAUSE THE HIGH PRICE PLACES HAVE NO CLUE WHAT THEY ARE DOING AND DON'T UNDERSTAND A SHORT ELAVATED BOB WITH FOILS" AND YOUR SPENDING $300.00 DOLLARS ...OH YES!! YOU WOULD CRY OR WORSE MIGHT I ADD, HOWEVER, MADDIE IS VERY WARM HEARTED, SO WONDERFUL AND WILLING TO GO THE EXTRA MILE, AND THE PRICE IS A FRACTION OF A HIGH PLACE TO GO TO COME OUT WANTING TO STICK YOUR HEAD IN THE SAND.. SO PEOPLE, TRUST ME ON THIS, I'M PICKY AND IT'S MY HAIR MY MONEY AND ON AND ON, BUT HONESTLY SHE DOES MY FAMILY MEMBERS AND MY HUSBAND NOW, HE WILL NOT EVER GO TO A BARBER AGAIN..PLEASE, FOR YOUR OWN SELF, SAVE YOURSELF FROM A REALLY HORRIBLE TRIP AROUND THE WORLD, I FOUND THE ONE, THE DIAMOND IN THE RUT..CCALL LAUREL TOWN CENTER HAIR CUTTERY AND ASK FOR MADDIE, LET HER KNOW, CONNIE SENT YOU AND I PROMISE YOU WILL WALK OUT FEELING AMAZING, AND NOT BROKE, CRYING FRUSTRATED ETC... I GET YOU..... AND IF ANYTHING ISNT " EXACTLY " THE WAY YOU LIKE IT, SHE WANTS TO KNOW , SO I ASKED NOT TO DO IT TO SHORT SO I WOULD GET SUCH A SHOCK FROM VERY LONG TO VERY SHORT, I ASKED IF SHE WOULDN'T MIND DOING IT SHORTER, IT WASN'T A SECOND THOUGHT, AND SAYING SOMETHING SO OBVIOUSLY RUDE, LIKE.. YOU HAVE TO COME BACK ANOTHER TIME MY OTHER APPOINTMENT IS HERE, AND KNOWONE IN THE PLACE BUT YOU AND THE PERSON AND 1 OTHER STYLIST THERE.MMADDIE IS A REALIST, SHE LOVES HERE JOB AND IS VERY GOOD AND LOYAL TO HER CLIENTS, SO IF YOUR TIERD AS I AM, OR NOW, WAS TIERD, GO AND GET YOUR HAIR DONE 1 TIME... I PROMISE.. YOU WILL BE SATISFIED AND SHE WILL BE YOUR LIFE LONG STYLIST AND SHE DOES AMAZING BARBER CUTS TOO...FYI, I HAVE A MIXED FAMILY FAMILY TOO, , SO SHE DOES ALL HAIR TYPES TO JUST LET YOU KNOW..SHE IS GOOD AT WHAT SHE DOES NO MATTER WHERE OR WHO YOU ARE, HER PERSONALLY IS WONDERFUL AND HER WORK IS SPOT ON...

  I was serviced by Quang. I had a blowout: shampoo and blow dry with an Olaplex treatment. He was courteous and professional and the end result was acceptable. I only needed my hair prepped for braids. I deducted stars because of the wait (I had an appointment), I thought the shampoo could’ve been more thorough, and because he didn’t detangle my hair during/after the treatment so when he blow dried my hair there was a lot of pulling and tangles. I have thick curly hair.

  Was there for over 4 hours for a cut, blow dry, flat iron. Other clients kept being devices before me. I also presented them with a 40% off coupon as I was a new customer and it stated for all services. She could not get it to work and instead gave me a 15% off coupon. Hair was layered which I didn’t expect and don’t actually like my hair layered but I probably should’ve inquired about that so I’ll take that as my fault. Style turned out nice and hair felt okay but overall dissatisfied with the wait and not being able to utilize the coupon. I don’t think I’ll be returning.
