Do not waste your time coming here if you have hair that looks like mine and stay away from “stylist” LYRIC . They do not know what they’re doing, i called in asking to dye my hair black and to do a wash n go. I asked if they can do kinky hair and style mine they lady assured me that they do all hair types and that they won’t me leave there looking a mess. I definitely knew better going to a place like this but certainly didn’t expect a result this result. Not only did she start late, but she did two different peoples hair during my appointment. I will be reporting her and contacting corporate for my refund, no biggie that’s what i get for going to a place like this. Just want to make sure nobody with hair like mine makes the same mistake, she did not know how to detangle my hair, roughing detangling from the root and charging me a detangling fee due to my hair being “matted” , or what a “wash n go” is. We don’t deserve to be made a joke out of salons that at cater to looser textures I wouldn’t have minded if she simply said she didn’t know how to do the style but seems she was miserable and wanted to make a joke out of how she left me. Beware.

Vernita is great. I went in to get my locs washed and Vernita thoroughly washed my hair, set me under the dryer, and sent me only way. I was in/out in less than an hour.

I love the way LaChelle took care of my hair! I have a lot of hair thick and many stylists like to rush through my appointment. She took her time, asked me questions and made sure I was aware of everything she was doing. I received a much needed wash, deep condition, trim, and flexi rod set. My hair hasn’t felt this good in a while. I will definitely be back!
