    I found all I wanted from this store and they have a lot of staff to help out. They also give out testers. They need to update their website tho. I almost went to Ulta because a product I wanted was marked out of stock on their website but they really had it in the store. Saved me a trip tho.

    Th customer care was unmatched. Each attendant was incredibly patient but also did not pressure me with upsale demands. I left with exactly what I needed and am now excited to return for more. Fantastic atmosphere. Fantastic quality of products. Highly recommended. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

    This one is long! I wanted to sit on this before leaving a review. Yesterday 09/05 after 7pm I had what I would call a lackluster experience. I walked in and was not greeted. I have little to no experience with shade matching but was interested in purchasing Danessa Myricks products as well as other brands. A woman with purple makeup comes into the aisle and instead of her greeting and asking me if I needed any help or have I been helped, I had to ask her for help (I had already been in the store for maybe 3 minutes) . She was not friendly, but “helped” me. She tried a shade on me, I trust the women in Sephora, as they are experienced and here to assist us. I trusted her judgement, she chose color 9. I asked if it was too dark even if I tan (I’m going on vacation) she said it should still work. Then eventually, another woman asks if I’ve been helped, she was more friendly & engaging. I eventually ask her for further assistance as I’m still trying to figure out the best products to use. She for sure helped me out. I went into another aisle and asked a different woman about another product and she seemed annoyed and disinterested in helping me. (So far it’s been 3 different women, with only 1 being helpful). I asked about the tower 22 x Toni collab and her demeanor was more annoyed than genuinely confused. Anywho! She asks a lady with blond hair about it, they say “no, it’s not in store” and i asked the blond hair lady if she could recommend anything else. She suggested rare beauty which was very similar in texture & color which I appreciated. I pay, leave the store. I Came back to grab additional items and realized I forgot to ask for samples the first time. So I asked this time and the lady at the register said ok, but I guess forgot because she was making sure my address was correct to ship an item. So I never received the sample. I honestly did not want to ask again, because I genuinely just wanted to get out of the store. All of this to say, this seems to be the theme at this location. SEPHORA, PLEASE HIRE PEOPLE THAT WANTS TO HELP!!! Unfortunately the majority of people at this location seem to either hate helping customers or are focused on what they’ll be purchasing for themselves (a conversation heard amongst a few of the associates on the floor). Also, when I got home, I realized the First Lady who recommended shade 9 in the DM chose a color that’s too dark for me! So I will be returning it. Probably at another location because I was so uncomfortable and felt out of place there. Mind you, this location is in my backyard! I can walk to it! Asking for help shouldn’t feel like pulling teeth! Mind you I spent over $100 which I guess is average! But that shouldn’t matter! ** UPDATE** Chantel was very helpful ( could not remember her name)

    Literally theeeeeeee worst Sephora I’ve ever been to. When I say no one, I mean not ONE person greets u upon entering the store. No one asks if u need help AT ALL!! I’m literally in a section sampling foundation shades and one of the associates comes in that space with no words and just isolates me from the space with the customer she was working with. I had to ask her can we share the space because she just took over where I was without even a hello or excuse me. I left without purchasing because the stores whole vibe is off. Ppl loaded at the register no one to help them. The store is awful and not welcoming at all!! Please do better or get better employees for the evening shift.
