Despite showing the stylist a clear reference photo, the result was nowhere close to what I had envisioned I do understand that my hair and the models are very different but this is no where close. The stylist seemed rushed and, after what felt like a hurried process, pulled off the cape and told me I was done without even asking if I wanted my hair dried or styled. I felt dismissed and didn’t get a chance to properly assess my hair in the mirror. When I looked in the car mirror afterward, I was overwhelmed and uncertain about how it would actually look. I had even set aside a $30 cash tip in my handbag, as I was more than willing to reward good service. It’s unfortunate that the experience didn’t reflect the effort I was ready to invest. My hair is a significant part of my identity, and I only get it cut occasionally, so this experience was particularly disheartening. I hope the stylist understands the impact of rushing and takes this feedback to heart. I really wanted to leave feeling great about my hair, but instead, I walked away feeling disappointed. And book an appointment the same day. My stylist today was Morgan. She did exactly what I needed. She was so kind and helpful. She also helped me find a product for my hair that would work. I highly recommend both be stylist at the Garland Groh location.
