I was in and had an appointment with Peyton. For cut and color. The full balayage…. She is extremely talented an artist you might say… I was very, very pleased with her work…. Plus, she has such a beautiful soul and is very kind I feel so blessed to have found her…. So if you’re looking for a stylist, who is awesome with coloring, she’s your girl….. Thank you. 🥰

Palmera has been doing my hair for over 20 years and she is amazing!!!! She’s patient and kind and always goes the extra mile to make sure I’m happy with whatever service I had. She takes her time washing, blow drying and styling and it always looks amazing. She is such an asset to the company ❤️

I want to be very clear that I did tip my stylist well and was happy to do so, she did a great job and the wash was excellent. I went in for a clarifying treatment.
My feedback is specifically about the checkout process, not the service. When a product is added to the same total as the service, the tip percentage is automatically calculated on the entire amount, including the retail item. This significantly increases the tip beyond what was intended for the service alone.
I’m not sure if this is a standard Hair Cuttery policy or a checkout system limitation, but it can be frustrating for customers who have budgeted appropriately for both a tip and a product.
Separating service, tip, and retail into separate charges would make the process much clearer and fairer for customers, while still ensuring stylists are tipped properly. I wanted to share this as constructive feedback, not a complaint.
