I thought the hair dresser knew what I was talking about. 1st she only got knots out of back of my hair, didn't ask about part or anything. I asked her if I should be sitting straight and she said no as long as your comfortable. Im watching her cut my hair and 1st thought maybe my hair was curling and thats why it didn't look right. Oh no she messed up my hair and when I questioned her she said let me get my manager. I almost started to cry bc now I know for sure my hair is messed up. Manager came over and apologized (orginal girl Renee never said anything to me). The manager Amanda fixed my hair so it was even but damage to my hair was already done. I have never in my 50 years of life have had this happen to me. Best part I got to pay for this service which sucked. I was told by manager that she will discuss and maybe get something back. Im guessing maybe a coupon for a hair cut. I dont think i should have had to pay for this cut. Not what i wanted and hate the way i look. I will never go back there again. Watch out for this hair dresser Renee, she is young and maybe didn't understand or know how to do the cut b4 she started and didn't ask anyone for help. Also, its October so am going to look like shit for Thanksgiving and maybe Christmas thats how short my hair is. Thanks Great Clips.

Wanted shorter, keep his layers, but they cut it so short there wasn't any layers left the hair around the ears was squared off. The back was uneven too. He was so unhappy with it after we left. I wanted to try here instead of hair cuttery, but this was unfortunate. I'm afraid of how it will grow back with how this is laid up.

But despite that, I keep getting different results with each visit. The last two haircuts were among the worst I’ve ever had. There’s no consistency, even though the style should be the same. Unfortunately, I’ve lost trust in the service.

Great Clips salons use Clip Notes®, which keeps track of any previous haircut you received at a Great Clips salon, so any stylist can give you a great haircut. If you would like to request a particular stylist, be sure to say that when you arrive at the salon and finish your check-in. Note that requesting a stylist may increase your estimated wait time.
If I checked in online, do I need to do anything when I arrive at the salon?
Once you arrive, check in at the receptionist desk to let the stylists know you're there. They will finish checking you in at that time.
