The person seemed as if she had no training for doing nails. It was if I had my nails done by my granddaughter, who is a child. Very dissatisfied and I will not have her ever do my nails again. This is two weeks later. She didn't file them down to be even either. The file barely touched my nails. This technician "graduated" in August I believe. She is the only one listed on their site too. Unfortunately I recommend going somewhere else for nails
