  Bella was so fun to work with and really cared about getting exactly what I wanted. She was thorough and explained everything in great detail, making it so easy to trust her with such a big change. Absolutely love my cut and color and can’t wait to come back. Such a great salon!

  Rachel did a great job today. She was very patient, polite, and explained everything in detail, and the results were great. I highly recommend her — the best experience ever!

  I have been using this salon for quite some time. Needless to say, I will not be returning. I have spent a tremendous amount of money here, hoping I would leave with a better color/cut better than before. (That is on me). I came in for an appointment that was scheduled today, only to be treated like I was a moron. My regular stylist (Bobbie) treated me as if had the plague, stating that I was not on the schedule. I showed the ladies at the desk my text message Bella Salon sent me confirming that my appointment was scheduled today at 3 pm. My stylist stood behind the counter (Bobbie) not saying one word to me. I explained to them that I understand that these things can happen. There were no true apologies, and I left feeling awful. I felt very unwelcomed and now I believe this is a complete blessing in disguise....the amount of money that I have spent, is ridiculous. Mainly to watch the color (and the $) that was used to dye my hair go down the drain every time I washed my hair. I thought I was getting permanent color done? On the flip side, if you must go there..I 100% recommend Bella (stylist) she is amazing and is a sweetheart. She is honest and doesn't pressure you into buying unnecessary products. There is another stylist who cuts my daughters hair is also sweet and very talented. I never leave a written review. I understand that mistakes are made. However, poor treatment and poor customer service is very intentional. Please, also remember to ask for the money back that you placed as a deposit for your appointment- I had to ask, it wasn't offered to be given back to me.
