I came to do a retouch relaxer, the experience with my stylist Jameel’s was great!. For over 5 years whenever I get a touch up I would always have issues of being burnt badly in my scalp. For the first time I was able to breathe and not worry about a burnt scalp. I am definitely looking forward to coming back. She was so sweet and customer service top tier💜.

Esperanza was great! She cared for my hair. She identified the dryness in my hair instantly and took care of it with a deep conditioning. This was my first time meeting her and she was very welcoming. I felt like my hair was in good hands with her. I can’t wait until my next visit.

I went in with long brunette hair and left with bright pink, and it was absolutely perfect! Jennifer gave me exactly what I asked for and was very kind and professional through the whole service! I would absolutely recommend her to anyone looking to get their hair done!

Really enjoyed my walk-in visit for hair services yesterday. Lawmi, my stylist, covered me so well (with 2 salon capes) and did not spare towels to keep dye and shampoo, etc from splashing on my clothes. I so appreciated the care of my stylist!!! No short cuts! And no dye marks around my forehead after she put in the color! Received extra consideration given some time crunches which my wallet appreciated! My color, softness, and styling were quite nice. Thank you Hair Cuttery.

I had a bad experience. I’ve been coming here for a while. Last time I was here. I got a perm. Michelle did it, and she was upset that she was late and was doing someone else hair as she was doing mine and show better customer service to the other person I could tell she was upset with me. She left the perm in my hair too long and my hair ended up breaking off slowly, but surely, I tried a lot of things to keep it together. I did end up losing a lot of hair. I did call up there and tell him my hair was breaking and asked them what products to use. My hair was in terrible shape. I receive a text message that I get 50% off any service. I went ahead and proceeded to schedule threw messages. I came in to get a haircut and at the end of checkout I told her yeah it’s supposed to be 50% off. They told me to show this promo code 50% off service and she told me that that promo code didn’t work that there’s no code and I’m like well. I schedule here, and it says this is the promo code. Just try it out she kept refusing. I asked her, so who number is this that schedule the appointment for me? She claim is was a robot. They ended up giving me the 50% off and she told me that next time before my service to let them know that there’s a code or that 50% off because Some hairstylist don’t do promotions and I told her I schedule it all through message. I didn’t know it would be an issue, mind you she printing my receipt. It does show that my code 50% off did work. So it was very disappointing that she made me feel bad that it was an issue. Don’t feel accepted there, and I was hoping I didn’t get her this time around, but I guess the robot automatically schedule me with her. but I will be looking to go to different hair, salon Michelle has made my experience there disappointing I wouldn’t say she’s terrible but she did Discourage me from coming back here. Her work is good, but her energy is bad and I do believe that you can’t let people with bad energy touch your hair or it’s a terrible outcome. I’ve had service done by a man years ago and a Spanish woman. They were great however, these last to times been very disappointing
