Aliya clearly was upset with another stylist and low key arguing with her in front of the customers. She took out her frustrations on me and gave poor service. The two times she did speak to me she mumbled and had a bad attitude. She barely washed my hair. All she did was rub shampoo and conditioner through my head with no scrubbing. I informed her that my head still itched and asked if she could use her fingers on my head. She replied saying she did and ignored my request. Once she started on my flat iron she never asked me how I wanted the part or gave me any feedback on the condition of my hair, no suggestions or consultation, just bad energy. She must hate her job. The other stylists seemed nice so if you do go here don’t go to Aliya. She doesn’t care about customers.
