  Stylist cut my hair way shorter than I requested. I asked her to cut it a little below my shoulders and she cut it way above my shoulders! I was so mad and disappointed with my haircut. Left no tip! Not sure I’ll go back, been going for years but this may end it

  Valeriia is a shining example of how hairstylists should strive to be. I reached out to this salon in a bit of a panic after a terrible botched side-swept wispy bang job at another hair cuttery. On the phone, I was met with genuine respect, maturity, kindness, and understanding. I was eager to get it fixed quickly, and the young lady asked how far I was (about 15 minutes away) and, to my surprise, she said, “See you in 15!” When I arrived, I noticed a significant improvement in the quality of service without even thinking about it. The same front desk receptionist guided me to Valeriia, who assured me she would do her best, but the previous hairstylist hadn’t left much to work with. She truly nailed it. When I walked into that salon, I was not happy with my hair. When I left, it was like sunshine and rainbows, and it was all saved. Thank you to the kind ladies who helped me out this evening. Hair is so important to women, and they really saved the day.

  Although I really like Rosalie. My appointment was less than 10 minutes and I strongly think that a very light bangs trim and ends trim. 36.00 is over priced.

  Wendy has been taking care of Mom every week for the past year and does a wonderful job! She's very kind and patient and makes Mom feel like she's at a spa. Michelle filled in for Wendy while Wendy was on vacation and continued the quality care and attention! Mom's hair looks great! It's been a treat for Mom, let's go get your hairdo done! :)

  Nu has been my hair stylist for 20 years. She is by far the very best hair stylist that I've ever had. She's excellent at her work and you can tell that she enjoys what she does. She is the reason I go to Hair Cuttery. My wife sees her as well.
