- AAA.MSep 30, 20255.0They're by far an extremely busy store, however, their personable customer service definitely changes the entire experience for you. I am always greeted when I come in, even when they're busy, and they set realistic expectations for trying to attend to each customer well. Even in what appears to be the stress of the store they're repsectful, attentive, and always willing to help. I received help from Rodrigo and Melody, who were amazing! They're both very knowledgeable in their products, and have great recommendations. Their friendly, and up beat customer service makes it worth while, making you want to come back, although there is always a wait. Thank you!

She is a beautiful young lady who patiently took her time to identify what products I should use for my oily, blemish-prone skin which has been breaking out. I decided on Dr. Murad's AHA/BHA exfoliating cleanser and Paula's Choice skin perfecting exfoliant. Not to mention, I saw her deal with an irate customer who was very rude. In the end, all she needed was her lip pencil sharpened. ASAL figured this out and was able to diffuse a raging bull. She's impressive and GREAT with customer service. Good location and great staff. Ask for ASAL.
