- AAA.MSep 30, 20255.0They're by far an extremely busy store, however, their personable customer service definitely changes the entire experience for you. I am always greeted when I come in, even when they're busy, and they set realistic expectations for trying to attend to each customer well. Even in what appears to be the stress of the store they're repsectful, attentive, and always willing to help. I received help from Rodrigo and Melody, who were amazing! They're both very knowledgeable in their products, and have great recommendations. Their friendly, and up beat customer service makes it worth while, making you want to come back, although there is always a wait. Thank you!

The reviews discourage me on going to try the place out. But this is now my second time going and so far the employees are friendly and helpful!

I definitely recommend going to this Sephora and asking for her help. Also the manager Rodrigo really knows how to run the store and lead his team. Amazing customer service couldn't be more happier!
