I walk in and she is wearing headphones, talking to her friend on the phone, and doesn't acknowledge me when I say hello. After my haircut, I paid and my card said approved. I showed her the charge on my banking app and she said "I cant see it on my end..so pay again or you have to call your bank and dispute it." The person in front of me was told the same thing "I cant see it on the computer so pay again." At this point it has been 10-15 minutes of waiting, and she asks me to go wait while she tries to "figure it out." She then calls another friend and takes her time doing anything to solve it. Ultimately just paid again and will have to dispute with my bank. Insane experience, I thought I was on the TV show Punk'd.

I went in and asked for my hair to be cut just to my chin but retain the length all around. And very subtle layers added. The hairdresser cut my hair on the first snip around 4-5 inches in one go ruining my long hair immediately. I didn’t get a chance to even say stop. She then ended up giving me a pixie cut almost. No where close to what I asked for. I’m sorry but I won’t ever return and now I’m going to hope that my hair grows back enough in time for my wedding in 6 months
