When my hair was brushed out, there was more pulling and breakage than with the regular conditioner. I thought I was giving my normal hair a little boost as we kick into the dryness of winter. Didn’t count on breakage and tangles from a “deep conditioning” treatment. Her response was to load my hair with leave-in conditioner and then heat protector. Within hours, the heavy product load made my head feel like I needed to wash my hair and undo all the benefits of the blowdryer. Good cut, pleasant stylist, but not expected outcome.

Never coming back. Edit: I want to add that my hair is cut unevenly one side is noticeably longer than the other. Now I need to get it fixed by someone who actually knows what they’re doing. Thanks for nothing!

She always listens, makes me feel comfortable, and I leave feeling confident every time. Also today I also had the pleasure of meeting the store manager, who was very communicative and took the time to explain the loyalty card program. The front desk associate was also so kind and welcoming. I just enjoy going to the Hair Cuttery. Always a good experience, the positive energy really shows. I’m so grateful for Wendy and the entire team there.

I will have to re-wash my hair and blow dry myself. I don’t usually complain, but this was just frustrating.
