The first time I asked for dark brown hair and my hair came out bright red. The second time which was today I asked her to cut an inch and a half off of my length and give me layers in my long hair. I HAD LONG HAIR WHICH TOOK FOREVER TO GROW AFTER HAVIG MY LAST BABY. This lady took off near 4 inches and I have shoulder length short hair now. I am beyond upset right now. She told me that my hair was unhealthy, and therefore she unilaterally made the decision to chop my hair off. I told her it was my choice to have my long damaged hair. I only wanted a trim. She did not listen to me and chose to chop all of my freaking hair off. It takes forever for my hair to grow and that’s why I only asked for a trim. ITS NOT HER HAIR. It’s my hair and I have to walk around with it all day until my hair decides to grow back between now and the next five years. Do not go to this place. Near every single person was unprofessional and my hair got messed up twice. I don’t even know why I went back to the same lady, but I thought getting a simple trim was a very simple ask- even Pinocchio himself can trim hair. Clearly it was not. Attached what I asked for versus what I got. I AM SO MAD.

She carefully listened to my requests, looked at the reference photos on my phone multiple times, and kept checking in with me throughout the process to make sure we were on the same page. I love how neat and precise the result turned out. I’ll definitely be returning to her for my next haircut!
