She cut only my dead ends and did not cut too much which i appreciated! I ended up buying some products that were used on my hair because my hair just felt so soft ! 10/10 ! Instead, the stylist did a #1 on the sides and a #3 on top, the exact opposite of what I asked for. I stopped her immediately, and she said she “understood something else.” If there was any confusion, she should have confirmed before starting the cut. At checkout, she had the audacity to say, “At least we were able to fix it.” You can’t fix hair that’s already been cut too short. To make things worse, my wife later noticed several missed spots in the back, leaving it patchy and uneven. I will never return to this place and have already warned family and friends about my experience. Honestly, they’re lucky I even paid, let alone left a tip for such a poor haircut.
