I specifically asked her NOT to cut my hair short around my cowlick. She seemed to understand, but did it anyway. Sure, I should have watched her like a hawk, but I trusted and now I have short layers to grow out as well as a haircut I hate. I also told her I didn’t want a blow dry, but she did it and I paid 79.00 instead of just the hair cut and shampoo price. She explained she needed to cut the hair when it was dry. I will not be going to her again.
