  I am a previous employee of Sephora and the customer service has surely went downhill over the years. I had a makeup service scheduled at this location on my birthday in October. I was contacted a few hours prior to inform me that my appointment was canceled due to the artist being sick. I totally understand this cannot be helped, but was surprised to hear that the MUA was the only one doing applications on a Saturday. I am accustomed to seeing at least two staff in the color department, dedicated for makeup applications. Later the same day, I emailed the store wishing the ill employee well, and explained that this was very inconvenient especially since it was my birthday. I was not offered anything during my call earlier, so I requested either additional BI points or a small discount on a future visit. I was offered a gratis bag, and was asked if I could pick it up in store. I accepted, and replied that I would be unable to pickup, and requested it to be mailed to my home address. It is over a month later and I never received any response or gratis from Sephora. Overall I am very dissapointed with my customer service experience and lack og f follow-through on an offer.

  This staff was extra helpful. Appreciate the time they took to make sure I had each item I was looking for and some unexpected things.

  Just left this location to pick up a single skincare item and the young girl at the check out was off putting. I bought a single item and I put my hand out to retrieve the item and she proceeded to lay the item on the counter and smirked. She seemed bothered that I didn’t want to sign up for a membership after I politely informed her that I don’t shop there often. One should not work in sales if they cannot take a polite no. Very disturbing. I hope she receives more training or perhaps a different role. The other representatives within the store were very welcoming.

  As someone who cant handle a lot of perfumed smells it makes it really hard to buy makeup. Usually shopping as soon as the store opens before customers start testing products helps. That is not the case here. Twice now I have barely been able to make it to counter let alone think straight because store is doused in scents. Try a different location if this is something that bothers you. Never going again.
