  Super disappointed with this Sephora location today. I took my daughter and her girlfriend to spend their Christmas gift cards and came specifically to this location due to a wonderful previous experience I had (the previous experience was with a male associate and he was outstanding). Today was not that day. 3 sales associates in the store and only 1 other person shopping. No one said a word. Not a hello, can I help you with anything, nada. When I spoke to the Manager about it she was very condescending and totally glossed over what I was trying to say. She told me that their were only 3 associates working....but simple math means that doesn't really matter. None of them seemed to want to be there. May be time for new staff or more oversight.

  I’m not sure if Sephora beauty advisors are able to get bonuses for a good review, however I just have to say Miss Asia from the Waugh Chapel location, give her 10s across the board!! My mom and I went into Sephora hoping to purchase literally everything for a full beat routine. I’m talking starting from primer down to the setting spray, including brushes. Not only did Asia point us to the right products, she also shade matched and basically gave my mom a full beat while also educating her on the ingredients, what would be best for her skin type, etc. I’ve never seen my mom so happy. Normally she goes into Sephora for perfumes, lip glosses, little Knick knacks but NOW?! You all have gained a new member through her. Asia thank you so much!! You are perfect!! I can’t wait to teach her how to do her own makeup.

  I would love to give this store 5 stars because the employees are very nice and helpful. I gave it a 3 because they have someone there that works for a specific makeup company who was there to promote their product. I thought she was an employee there because she was dressed in all black like Sephora employees do and she was applying makeup on someone when I first walked in. I asked her a question and she just got so nasty. She said " I know I look like a problem solver but I am not" When I left the store I walked the other way because I did not want to see her again. Even if I was just a costumer and someone thought I was an employee, I would nicely tell them I dont work there but I would probably even try to help them. This lady might not work for sephora but she does work for a company that is sold by sephora. She was also very loud and I found it to be quite embarrassing. 11/29/25 at 4pm.

  As a makeupartist myself I love to come to Sephora even if I just want to go look around but lately it’s been just a horrible visit I don’t get greeted nor do I get help from someone but once I swatched a item I want but not buy because of how they’re usefulness was I get looked at up and down at and followed like if I’m stealing like I put the item back I don’t need it especially from this location with the associates attitudes and vibes

  I am a previous employee of Sephora and the customer service has surely went downhill over the years. I had a makeup service scheduled at this location on my birthday in October. I was contacted a few hours prior to inform me that my appointment was canceled due to the artist being sick. I totally understand this cannot be helped, but was surprised to hear that the MUA was the only one doing applications on a Saturday. I am accustomed to seeing at least two staff in the color department, dedicated for makeup applications. Later the same day, I emailed the store wishing the ill employee well, and explained that this was very inconvenient especially since it was my birthday. I was not offered anything during my call earlier, so I requested either additional BI points or a small discount on a future visit. I was offered a gratis bag, and was asked if I could pick it up in store. I accepted, and replied that I would be unable to pickup, and requested it to be mailed to my home address. It is over a month later and I never received any response or gratis from Sephora. Overall I am very dissapointed with my customer service experience and lack og f follow-through on an offer.
