During my hair appointment, I requested lip and chin waxing services after being assured by your staff that these services were available. Immediately after leaving the salon, I noticed significant pain and redness on my upper lip. Upon further inspection, I discovered that I had been burned and cut during the waxing process. The area is currently very painful, making it difficult to eat, and I am concerned about permanent scarring and the impact on my appearance. I can’t believe she didn’t tell she injured me and let me leave out salon.. What an awful experience…

Shampoo included a heavenly mini-head massage; she asked several questions about what style I wanted and details like layers and angles and she took her time cutting and shaping. I haven't had such a great cut in years. And she is also friendly!
- MMMoMar 6, 20261.0I had an appointment with Sherry but when it came to my appointment, someone else showed up, an old asian lady. At first, I thought I made a mistake in reservation with the wrong name, I said nothing and went for it. At the end, when i was getting charged and got the receipt, I noticed that my appointment was actually with Sherry but somehow they switch and the old asian lady said that I am Sherry! It got interesting as I got charged $32 for the haircut but the receipt showed $41 which was for Sherry and it was the indication that there wasn't double name Sherry nor was it my mistake!!!! I thought that is my mistake, that was the reason I went for the other lady, but this was a deliberate thing happened and I am not happy with my haircut either. When I make an appointment, I wanted to be with the same stylist that I had good experience with, Sherry, but the other lady was so bad and I needed to even ask her make a better job in trimming my hair. She was so pushy, to convince me buying hair product and she got really really rude when I thanked her and refused! It was the eorst experience that I have in Haircuttery, not sure to blame Sherry or the other lady!!!
