  I want to thank Vanessa for helping me a few weeks ago find the perfect concealer shade. I spent about 25 minutes trying to find the right match on my own before asking for her help. She was incredibly kind, patient, and knowledgeable, and she found exactly what I was looking for. I was extremely happy with the Dior concealer she recommended—it’s the perfect shade, and you can’t even tell I’m wearing makeup. I plan on returning soon and hope she’s there to help me again.   I’ve been to several Sephora locations over the years and haven’t always had the best experiences, but the Sephora in Gaithersburg is hands down the best one I’ve visited. I’ve had consistently great experiences there on multiple occasions. One of the store managers, Bridget, truly goes above and beyond to make sure customers are well taken care of. She’s incredibly attentive, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in helping you find what works best for you. She’s also supported by an amazing team of beauty advisors (specifically Amiee and Alexia) who are just as patient and thorough. Unlike other Sephoras where color matching can feel rushed or hit-or-miss, Bridget and her team take the time to make sure you’re completely satisfied with your concealer, bronzer, and overall selections. They consistently ensure that the shades truly match and that you feel confident with your purchase. This level of care hasn’t just happened once — it’s been the same experience every time I’ve gone back. Because of their exceptional service, this has become my go-to Sephora location. Bridget is amazing, and so is her team.

  Nice, organized, and very clean location! The staff is very very helpful, while I appreciate the acknowledgement I was checked on 4 times in 12 minutes, and it felt like too much. I told them after the third time that I can definitely ask if I need help, and they still asked again. Normally, I wouldn't mind, but I was wearing headphones and very obviously did not want help with products. It definitely hurt my experience that I had to take my headphones off over and over to respond to them.
