When I went on a Saturday (with an appointment), they were short staffed and had a bit of a wait, but I was extremely happy with the quality of the jewelry, professionalism of the staff, and cleanliness of the establishment. The second time I went in was on a Monday evening and there was zero wait time and the whole process took about 15 minutes. I was pleasantly surprised with how low the pain level was and how well the staff prepared me (physically and mentally) for the actual piercing moment. I'll definitely go back when I'm ready for another piercing!

- ABA BNov 9, 20255.0Our piercer was nurse Michelle and she was amazing. The piercing area was very clean. She was very thorough, kind and very efficient. She took her time to measure and make sure that both piercing sites for our infant were at the same place and even. She was very gentle and worked very well with our baby. We are very satisfied with the outcome and she gave us a clear instructions on aftercare as well and as well as our follow up for ensuring that the piercing is healing well.

I took my daughter (who joined two friends) for their ear piercings and I decided to get a helix piercing as well (pictured below). The space was so clean, bright, and cheerful and I loved the selection of beautiful, hypoallergenic piercings. The best part was the whole team -- Nurse Jess was so kind (there were a lot of emotions running amongst the elementary school crowd) - she remained super upbeat and calm. Everything was done with sterile technique - she was clean and fast. The kiddos got bravery certificates Additionally, my daughter managed (just two days later) to ram into a friend, snag and break the earring (and my husband removed the earring!!). The Rowan team got her back in IMMEDIATELY, fixed it, and replaced her piercing for free. We would 100% recommend this site (and especially wonderful Nurse Jess) for their expertise and cleanliness. We're so happy that we came here.

Rowan offers lobe, upper lobe, mid helix, helix, forward helix, flat, conch and tragus, however, piercing placement availability may vary by studio location. We do not pierce the daith, industrial, nose or other body parts beyond the ears.

We are a cashless studio.
