- JYJennifer YongFeb 13, 20264.0I had called this salon for quotes for a haircut and potential color. However, I was not informed that if additional color was needed that I would be charged extra. My additional coloring ended up costing $200 extra and I was told at the end of my appointment not prior to the start of hair coloring. I called the salon the day after and was told the hair stylist forgot to mention how much additional coloring would cost. Although, the staff member was sympathetic to my situation, nothing else was done. I was decently happy with the service but the price shock without being told prior was very upsetting. My advice for potential clients going there, to please ask about up charges especially if your hair is thicker, etc. EDIT: The owner reached out to me and refunded a portion of the additional cost for color, which I appreciated very much. She explained to me the breakdown of costs and how it could potentially turn out in future visits and was transparent and professional. Thank you for the immediate response in this situation!

My stylist Brittney was extremely kind and helpful talking through what I was looking for throughout the appointment. I am so so happy with how it turned out. It costed $102 for wash, cut, and style which is an extremely reasonable for a such a great service!
