The receptionist could not answer my questions about hair treatments on display. I didn’t say anything because I got worried she would destroy my hair. Very bad impression of the salon where a hairdresser acts like this. However, the one who cut my hair was nice, so my evaluation is: 50% terrible management and ethics + 50% plus for a decent hairdresser.
