  Always a wonderful experience at this location and with my stylist. Kayla is the best! Always does an amazing job. So personable and does a great job. I always leave feeling like a million bucks!

  Showed her a picture of a shoulder length Bob I wanted she said she could do it instead, she cut my hair horribly, it's all choppy it's at my chin. Basically, at least 2 to 3 inches above my shoulder, she should not cut hair when I have tried to call to the haircuttery and ask for the manager. I keep getting told she's not there. Also when I mentioned to the woman who cut my hair where one part was different than the other she said , it's my hair's fault and shaved off a little piece of the back of my hair at my hairline , which i've never had anybody have to do. After She blew it out and styled it. You couldn't tell that there was anything wrong besides it being shorter than I asked, until her style wore off. There is a part of my hair where it's at least a 1/2 shorter on the side than the rest of the hair, there's small pieces of hair that you can see that are way longer then the rest of my hair. In the front the left side is longer than the other side well longer than all my hair. Never coming back and don't recommend for anyone to go.

  Cheaters. They charged 83$ for a kids hair cut and stole from my daughter. We have call them and telling lie that come back in 3 days to get refund. Avoid then or at least ask how much it is for Hair Cut. They are really horrible people . They think money comes from tree and its okay to steal from people and innocent kids.

  ​I was very disappointed with my appointment with Free, as she seemed entirely focused on her next client rather than the service I was paying for. Although I asked for a trim and face-framing, she didn't touch the back of my hair at all, and when I asked for a blow-dry, she told me I’d have to wait because of her next appointment.

  I entered the place and none of the employees came to talk to me or acknowledged my presence. I stand there at the check in place, they all looked at me and ignored me. Other 2 people entered after me, and someone immediately stopped what they were doing and came to talk to them and help them book an appointment. About 10 min total has passed . I felt invisible and disrespected. This has never happened to me anywhere else.
