- MTMelanie Thomas2 days ago1.0Absolutely had the worst experience at the maple lawn location in laurel/ Fulton MD. The stylist rushed through my cut and as a black women she cut my hair prior to washing it and blowing it out. I called and book wash/ blow dry and silk press. Blew out my hair and told me I was done. When I told her I wasn’t done, and that I booked for something else. She proceeded to tell me I was wrong, someone else squeezed me in her schedule and that she had another client. Then proceeded to tell me “ I shouldn’t haven’t been your stylist because I don’t do textured hair, and my wrist hurts now” . I paid and left absolutely appalled. I will never. Ever recommend or return to this location ever again. I booked another salon to finish my style Absolute trash service.
