    The gentleness and care that I was given before, during, and after my massage was top tier. The atmosphere was calming and serene. I received the 50 minute Healer massage with gliding cupping. I left with a sense of peace and gratitude. Next time, I will do the 80 min for sure.

    Had a great massage at the NOW. Chelsea was my therapist and was very kind and very accommodating. She started out with light to medium pressure but I wanted a little deeper pressure and I simply asked and she was very willing to do so. She was always checking in on me as well if the pressure was too much or too little. Would highly recommend Chelsea as your massage therapist if you are someone who enjoys deep pressure.

    My experience today was sub-par. This was my second time getting a massage there; since my first experience was good, I decided to go again. But I was very disappointed this time. I bought a gua sha package but the masseuse informed me that she could apply the stone to only one part of my body (which was contrary to my first experience where the masseuse applied it to my entire body). I felt very cheated. They never informed me that it had changed. I asked the masseuse for a deep tissue massage and she was incapable of giving me a deep tissue massage. It was very disappointing. I received $220 gift card - $20 was for extra services and the lady at front desk applied it as an extra tip for the masseuse, so I ended up paying $40 as a tip instead of $20 for someone who couldn’t even give me a good massage. On the whole I had a very negative experience today. Will definitely not be going back again.

    I've had two amazing experiences at The Now in Maple Lawn and will be back many times. Alex is incredible, I highly recommend him. I walk out feeling absolutely no tension in my body, refreshed and rebalanced. I swear, I can take fuller breaths after he works out all the knots in my shoulders and back. The atmosphere is calm and warm, and the front staff has been helpful and friendly in scheduling and paying. I recommend this place to everyone I know who likes/needs a good treatment.

    From the moment I stepped inside, the spa had this calming, beachy cabana vibe that immediately put me at ease. There was a huge, gorgeous candle near the entrance that made the entire space smell incredible; it set such a peaceful tone right away. I had my massage with Eyvonna, and it was amazing. The massage was so relaxing, and I felt like I could finally let go of all the tension I’d been carrying. She had such a gentle and grounding presence, and I felt genuinely cared for throughout the entire experience. Everyone on the staff was so friendly and welcoming. Cara was also very nice, informative, and helpful, which made the experience even better. You could tell they really put thought into every little detail; from the ambiance to the service. It wasn’t just a massage; it was a full experience that left me feeling refreshed and restored. I would absolutely recommend this spa to anyone looking to unwind and treat themselves to something special!
