  Me and my parents went there to get our massage done yesterday and the service is fantastic and my massage therapist name Esperanza is fantastic as well and I will ask for her next time and Pamela was my dad massage therapist and Alex is my moms massage therapist and they are fantastic as well and we will ask for them next time as well and the lady name Savannah is at the front desk yesterday she’s amazing and I will definitely ask for her next time as well :)

  I’ve been coming to The NOW pretty consistently for a while now and have absolutely loved every massage I’ve had! I’ve seen many therapists here and I really appreciate how each of them are consistent in quality yet different in technique while all being very knowledgeable on what the body needs in that moment. The atmosphere and signature scent of the candle puts me into a relaxed state the second I enter the door. I usually add on the gua sha, calm balm enhancement as well as the herbal heat therapy as it’s perfect for this chilly weather.

  I’ve had a few massages here and all the therapists have been amazing! The ambience is so relaxing and calming, would recommend to anyone looking for a great massage experience!

  I am giving this place a 2 star rating, for a couple of reasons. The ambiance is great, and the staff are very professional. They have calming ocean wave sounds playing in the massage room, and the table was heated & comfortable. However, the massage itself was incredibly underwhelming. I booked an 80 minute deep-tissue massage with the following add-ons: Scalp Renewal, Hemp Calm Balm, Herbal Heat Therapy, and Fresh Eyes. So, as you can imagine, it was not cheap. None of the add-ons we're worth it, except for MAYBE the heat therapy. I left the massage with the same pain and stress that I walked in with. I've had MANY massages before and was excited to try this place based on the reviews and pictures, but was quite disappointed with the quality of the massage itself. The massage therapist was very nice and courteous and has the ability/potential to give an amazing massage, but, unfortunately, they did not utilize their skills adequately. For context, I had specific requests that I told to my massage therapist before the massage but those requests were not met. I wanted focus on specific areas (i.e., hands, forearms, upper back/shoulders, and feet) due to soreness in those areas, but the amount of time and effort focused on those areas were minimal (or nonexistent for some, a.k.a. my feet). What's worse is that overall it was NOT a deep-tissue massage, which I paid extra for. The tension in my shoulders, knots in my upper back, and soreness in my hands and feet are still present after the massage. So, needless to say, I'm not happy with my experience and wanted to provide an honest review for others to consider.

  Eyvonna is truly exceptional. She pays attention with a level of presence that feels rare, and her hands work like pure magic. Her voice and aura immediately put you at ease, creating a space that feels safe, soothing, and deeply inviting. Her techniques guided my body into real rest. I left feeling lighter, restored, and genuinely cared for.
