I went today with uneven layers and damaged ends (from a perm from a different stylist). We talked through a cut to even out the layers and thin out the heavier parts while keeping as much length as possible so I can continue to grow my hair out. Pia executed it so precisely and perfectly. I will always come back here.

She got there right at 6:25 rushed in. Just to be told by Vee that “shes too tired and wants to go home” … I called Vee back & Vee claimed that was never her that I spoke to when it was the SAME EXACT VOICE and says she was on her lunch break during then.. lunch break at 6pm…. & then claimed my mom wasnt 10 minutes late it was 15-20 minutes… which isnt true at all. So unprofessional! My mom was a regular here but we are never coming back again.
