- EWElizabeth WangJun 16, 20251.0The manager working on 6/16/2025 was very rude and not helpful in the slightest when there was an issue with the account, and became hostile when I was confirming my info. She didn’t accommodate in the slightest and was rushing to take the next person while completely ignoring me. As a representative for a brand that sells to professionals, you would think your job is to help assist especially since all the info is mainly on their end. I’ve had girls at other stores help to work with me, while she didn’t even attempt. This kind of service really puts a bad name on the company.

What is the SalonCentric Return Policy?
Store purchases may be returned to a store with a valid receipt. SalonCentric.com & Salon Business Partner orders with a value of $150 or less can be returned to your local SalonCentric store with your packing slip or invoice, dated within ninety (90) days of the purchase invoice (excluding electrical items and shears).
Electrical items and shears may be requested within sixty (60) days of purchase and will be refunded or exchanged only with original receipt, packing slip, or invoice. Refunds will be processed as a SalonCentric gift card. At this time, SalonCentric.com does not accept gift cards at checkout.

In order to shop with SalonCentric, you must be a licensed salon professional or cosmetology student and have an account with SalonCentric. If you don't currently shop with SalonCentric, you can apply for an account at any of our store locations or on our website.
