And she pulled up how I liked getting it cut online so I did not have to explain much. Again, pretty fun! She did not cut TOO much of what's left of my perm, so I was very grateful for that. I did have to remind her that I fall under the Senior prices, but that was an easy fix.

She was personable, careful to listen to what I wanted, paid close attention to details, and double-checked hair length and appearance every step of the way. She managed to do all of this while still being fairly quick about the process. She also gave me information about how to address some concerns I brought up without ever once scolding me for not already doing them.
