- LWLori WagnerApr 2, 20264.0I’ve been to Hair Cuttery several times for quick trims when I can’t get in with my regular stylist, and I’ve usually had good experiences. This visit, unfortunately, was not one of them. I went in specifically for a simple trim just the dead ends but the stylist insisted on fully wetting my hair, which wasn’t necessary for what I requested. After the cut, my hair was left soaking wet, and I had to ask for it to be dried. Even then, it wasn’t completely dried before I left. The stylist was okay, but the overall experience felt rushed and not very attentive to what I asked for. I’ll likely still return for convenience, but this visit definitely didn’t meet the standard I’ve experienced in the past.

He was so reassuring for her the first time here, and she trusts him. He also does great work, never a bad cut. He’s literally the reason we keep coming back. Now she looks forward to getting her hair cut, no more anxiety. Thank you so much!
