- TTTracy Tallent6 days ago2.0Ok last year I had a surgery & my hair got very knotted while in the hospital & this location charged me 50 dollars to get the 2 huge Knots out of my hair which took 3 hours & a hair cut. This year I had 4 surgeries this past summer to fall , basically June thru November & 2 of those surgeries were 2& a half weeks apart leaving my hair so matted & full of Knots. Yet this year I was charged 98 dollars & no hair cut because I am disabled & on limited fixed income. It took less than 3 hours this time & I did get a shampoo & conditioner but no hair cut & not even a blow dry & I paid 98 bucks they wanted to charge me 112. 00 for the same treatment I received the year before. What happened how does brushing one's hair to get out a huge Knot & shampoo & conditioner cost that much more than the year before. My hair stylist was so nice & understanding & very helpful I feel bad I didn't have money for a tip but I gave the person last year a 20 dollar tip for 3+ hours of getting 2 large Knots out of my hair, & a shampoo & conditioner & hair cut & I paid 50 for that. I couldn't even get the hair cut this time. I really believe I was over charged for today.

Nina shampooed, cut, blow dried and even braided my little one’s hair. She was smiling ear to ear when we left. Nina even helped her put on her coat and zipped it up, what a tender, loving lady. She’s so warm and welcoming, we will definitely be back to see her again! Excellent customer service, Ms. Nina! You are a kind soul, the world needs more people like you!
