- CBChristopher BurnsOct 23, 20252.0I've been having bad luck with GC lately. I typically go to Essex, never a problem there. I tried Westminster about a year ago since I was out that way and it was a disaster. Went to this location last week because the wait was much less than Essex. Got the male barber, and he's not too good with the clippers. If you're looking for any kind of taper or fade, go somewhere else. When he first finished, I looked like a block head. I asked him to smooth it out, he did one side and attempted to do the other but it's still square. I felt uncomfortable asking again so I just left. It's a simple 1/2 tapered up, #6 on top. Now I have to spend another $29 at Essex to get it fixed. This is the second time in a year that I had to return to GC to have someone fix a lousy haircut.
- LPLaura PriceOct 18, 20251.0I got my hair cut yesterday. I aksed for 4 inches cut with long layers the lady that cut my hair cut a chunk out the back of my hair then used my long hair to hide it. I had hair down to my butt now I have shoulder length hair. Now that I had to go to someone else to fix the butcher hair cut she gave me. Watch your hair ladies worst experience ever. I also seen her throw a towel on the floor but I thought it was because she kept spraying my hair with water because I do have thick hair no she was covering up the fact she took a chunk out the back all the way up my back. Thank god I found rita that use to work there to fix my hair 🙌🏼 but if you can not cut hair or the texture or thickness should not be hairdresser and these pictures dont even show all the uneven chopped hair.

The man who cut my hair this time did not cut my hair the way I asked. I asked if he wanted to see a picture and he said 'no he knows what he's doing'. Well, needless to say, he did not listen to me so that I would get the cut I wanted and he cut it in a way that doesn't work for my hair. With the amount of experience this person claims, they should have known that what I described and the cut they gave me was *not the same*. The last stylist did a phenomenal job, was happy that I had a picture, talked to me about my hair; I wish I could have her cut my hair, but Great Clips has a crazy policy that customers cant use the same stylist more than one time. This man clearly is not a 'senior cosmetologist' as listed on his license and because of this one time, I have lost my faith in Great Clips and will not return.

A ladies named Ms. Angie did my wife’s hair ( Angel Finnigan) and she couldn’t be more happier. She said as soon as she walked into she knew she would get it lol.
