They stand around like the world's worst FBI agents just staring and watching you. If they aren't gossiping about each other they are talking crap about their customers. I'm so sick of the attitude and lack of care and respect for their customers here. Where is management? Is this Sephora's business model? Tuh!

There was noticeable tension among the team, and no one seemed willing to step up and assist the customers waiting. Eventually, one employee walked by and said, ‘When they’re done, they’ll be with you,’ though she wasn’t helping anyone herself. At that point, we decided to leave. On the way out, we even saw two associates standing in the corner chatting instead of helping.
