- SHSam HDec 24, 20251.0The customer service has always been off at this location but today it’s at an all time low. I’m not sure if Lola can’t handle the influx of the Christmas traffic in the store or just her normal lack of critical thinking and customer service skills, but speak to me the way she spoke to me and make me leave the counter with my purchase and get back in line so that someone who was not in line and off to the side- could be checked out before me, was not only inconsiderate but tells me Sephora does not want my business nor should I come back to their stores. Why was the customer’s purchase more important than mine? Why was I treated this way when I followed the rules and got in line, is there preferential treatment based on your looks or how much money you spend in the store? Is there a skip the line program in place? If so, let it be known, don’t mislead customers, be transparent so that customers know what to expect; an unenjoyable biased shopping experience-unless they spend a certain amount of money. I see there are similar reviews about how this location makes customers feel uncomfortable and as if they don’t belong in the store. What’s the point of having a line if it’s not going to be followed, especially if the staff will just pick and choose based on the purchase amounts, which customer is NEXT for checkout.

They stand around like the world's worst FBI agents just staring and watching you. If they aren't gossiping about each other they are talking crap about their customers. I'm so sick of the attitude and lack of care and respect for their customers here. Where is management? Is this Sephora's business model? Tuh!

A kind employee took a look at my symptoms, listened to my plethora of frantic questions, and helped me find a rash balm and healing moisturizer that helped clear up my symptoms OVERNIGHT!!!
